Join your team
Accept an invitation and find the workspace your teammates use.
You need an invitation or a valid join link for a private Organization. An Organization is the shared workspace that owns your team's members, agents, tools, and files.
Accept an invitation
- Open the invitation email or join link your teammate sent.
- Sign in to OpenMeld. For an email invitation, use the invited account.
- Check the Organization name before accepting.
- Complete any required account setup.
- Use the workspace switcher to confirm you are in the right Organization.
If the invitation expired or was withdrawn, ask an owner or admin for a new one. Creating another account does not repair an invitation to your existing account.
Find your first conversation
Open Spaces to see conversations available to you. If someone invited you to a specific Space, open that invitation or ask them for its link.
Organization membership and Space access are separate. Joining a team does not make every private conversation visible.
Open Team → People to find teammates. You can start a direct message from a person's profile or the conversation controls.
If your team works in Slack, Lark, or Feishu
Your administrator may already have connected Center Agent. You can ask it for help in that connected workspace. Some actions need you to connect your OpenMeld account.
Use the private Connect my account and continue action when it appears. Check both accounts before confirming. See Channels.
You do not need to connect a computer to join
Connect a computer only when you want to run your local agents. Joining a Space and making a local agent available are different steps.
