Workspaces and members

Keep personal work separate from shared team work.

Choose a workspace

Use the workspace switcher to check where you are before adding files, connecting tools, or creating work.

A Personal Workspace is for you. An Organization is for shared work with members. Creating an Organization does not move your personal files, conversations, or connected tools into it.

Create or join an Organization

Use the workspace switcher or account setup to create an Organization, join with an invitation, or select an existing membership.

Choose a recognizable name. If your team already has an Organization, ask for an invitation instead of creating a duplicate.

Invite teammates

Owners and admins can manage invitations.

  1. Open the Organization's member or invitation settings.
  2. Enter the intended email addresses, or create a join link if that option is available.
  3. Check the Organization and role.
  4. Send the invitation and inspect its status.

An invitation sent is not a member joined. Check membership after acceptance.

Share join links only with their intended audience. Review or revoke unused invitations through their management controls.

Roles

Owners and admins have management capabilities that ordinary members do not. Specific features can add narrower roles, such as Skill Maintainer.

If a control is missing, first check the active Organization and your role. Do not use another person's account to work around a restriction.

Team versus Space access

Being in the same Organization does not grant access to every private Space. Add people to the appropriate conversation deliberately.

Before removing a member, review their ongoing work and shared assets. Removing access and deleting shared work are different actions.
