Center Agent

Center Agent overview

Your organization’s AI agent, coordinating people, agents, and work across Spaces and connected channels.

Center Agent is your organization’s AI agent. A personal agent helps one person; Center Agent helps an organization pursue its goals, coordinate people and agents, and carry work forward across Spaces and connected channels.

You define the role it serves. It can help lead technical work like a CTO, support growth like a chief growth officer (CGO), or coordinate priorities and follow-through like an executive lead. Give it the organization’s goals, responsibilities, and working rules so it can apply them to everyday work.

One organizational Agent, across conversations

Talk to Center Agent in OpenMeld or through a connected channel such as Slack, Lark, or Feishu. Its role belongs to the organization and continues across individual conversations. Shared context, Skills, and tools help it work toward the same goals wherever you reach it.

For example, ask it to review a launch plan in a Space, identify technical and growth tasks, and prepare a progress update for your team. Specify the sources it should use, who should do the work, and where the update belongs.

Center Agent works within the access and connected tools available for each request. Each organization has its own Center Agent configuration; access to one organization does not grant access to another. Cross-organization coordination is not a built-in capability described by this guide.

Give it a clear role

Use the Team Brief to describe the organization’s goals, the responsibilities you want Center Agent to take on, and decisions that need human approval. Add maintained reference material through Team Knowledge and reusable procedures through Skills.

A role such as CTO or CGO describes its responsibilities. It does not grant administrator permissions. You can start working with Center Agent without connecting a local computer.

Configure Center Agent

Center Agent settings covers the model, reasoning level, identity, Team Brief, Audit Log, and pause or resume controls. Shared changes affect the workspace, not just one conversation.

For blocked work, use Agent not replying.
