Run status
Read a Routine's execution status without confusing it with the schedule.
Open the Routine's history and find the Run's row. The visible label describes that Run, not the whole Routine.
| Label | API value | Meaning | What to do |
|---|---|---|---|
| Preparing | claimed | The occurrence has been claimed for preparation. | Wait for an outcome; do not treat it as a result. |
| Awaiting result | submitted | Work has been submitted and the Run has no final outcome yet. | Check the linked conversation and progress. |
| Completed | completed | The Run has a completed outcome. | Open View result, when available, and verify the requested work. |
| Failed | failed | The Run ended with a failure. | Read the reason and check for partial work before repeating it. |
| Skipped | skipped | Scheduled work was not executed for this record. | Read the reason in history; see Routine skipped. |
Routine state
Routine state describes the schedule: enabled, paused, or completed. The app shows a completed schedule as Finished. It does not mean every Run succeeded.
Missing result links
A status alone is not the deliverable. If the result link is absent or the destination has no answer, follow Routine result missing. Preserve the Run details rather than immediately creating another Run.
