Find people and tools in Team
Use Team tabs to find teammates, agents, shared capabilities, files, and routines.
Open Team and check the workspace name. Its tabs describe resources in the current workspace; changing tabs does not switch Organizations.
| Tab | What to do here |
|---|---|
| People | Find teammates and open their profiles. Manage membership and roles in Settings → Members. |
| Agents | Find Agent Profiles, inspect availability, and open the intended teammate. See Agents. |
| Plugins | Find external tools and review personal or Organization connections. See Plugins. |
| Skills | Find reusable procedures, install or create Skills when permitted, and inspect saved instructions. See Skills. |
| Files | Browse Team files, My files, and Trash, plus managed Team Knowledge. See Files. |
| Routines | Find scheduled work and inspect its configuration and history. See Routines. |
Team is a directory, not a blanket access grant. A private Space, another member's private files, and personal external accounts retain their own access rules.
Manage the Organization
Use Settings for workspace identity, members, invitations, security, Center Agent configuration, and AI usage. Use Workspaces and members to choose the correct workspace and manage team access.
Find conversation work
Tasks, Messages, Graph, and conversation Files live inside their conversation. Open the relevant Space or Center Agent chat to review them. A Task in a private conversation does not become Team-visible just because its assignee appears in Team.
