Inbox, search, and notifications
Find messages, reviews, and work that needs your attention.
Open Inbox from the app navigation or bottom toolbar.
Choose what to review
- All includes your available updates.
- Needs action focuses on work waiting for your input.
- Needs review focuses on decisions and approvals.
- Unread only narrows the current view to unread items.
Open an item to return to the original conversation or work. Check that source before deciding what to do.
Read is not resolved
Opening an item marks it read. It does not approve a plan, answer a question, resolve a failure, or complete a Task.
Mark all as read can include items outside the current filter. Read its confirmation. Pending actions and reviews remain open.
Dismissing an Inbox item removes it from your attention list; it does not necessarily resolve or delete the underlying work.
Search
Use Inbox search for your items. Use Search or run a command for navigation and available workspace message search.
Search results preserve access rules. If a source is no longer available, ask its owner to check access.
An incomplete or failed search is not proof that no matching message exists.
Control notifications
Open Settings → Personal → Notifications. Review the available delivery settings. Use a conversation's notification controls for its local preference.
Browser notifications require browser permission. Desktop notifications also depend on operating-system settings. Allowing notifications does not give a website access to your local files.
If notifications do not appear, check app preferences, browser or OS permission, and whether the conversation is muted.
Recommendations
Center Agent can place a suggestion in Inbox so you can return to it. Accepting a recommendation and authorizing its proposed work are separate decisions.
