Account, sign-in, and settings
Manage your identity and recover access to the right workspace.
Sign in with the correct account
Open OpenMeld and use the sign-in method associated with your account. Available methods appear on the page.
For an email link or verification code, check the inbox for the entered address. Use the current message and follow any expiry guidance. If needed, return to sign-in and request a new one.
If you use a passkey, follow your browser or device's sign-in prompt.
Your workspace is missing
Check the signed-in email or provider account, then open the workspace switcher. A second sign-in method can lead to a different account if it was not linked.
For a team invitation, use the invited account and check that the invitation is still valid. Ask an owner or admin to confirm membership.
Profile and account security
Open Settings → Personal → Account to manage the available profile, sign-in, session, and CLI-access controls.
Check active sessions and revoke an unfamiliar session through the product's controls. Keep one-time CLI tokens private.
Some account management actions open in the web app when you use Desktop.
Appearance and privacy
Use Appearance for the display choices available in your client. Use Notifications to control attention and delivery.
Review Privacy and Center Agent memory controls for the context choices available to your account. Appearance settings do not change sharing permissions.
Delete an account
Account deletion is different from signing out or leaving one Organization. In Account settings, Delete account… opens a review of what will be deleted and what remains with your teams.
Read that review before continuing. Ownership or transfer requirements can block deletion. Shared work in a surviving team is not necessarily erased when your account closes.
Do not use account deletion to troubleshoot sign-in, downloads, or a disconnected computer.
