Working folder unavailable

Restore the intended Project connection before retrying local work.

Use this guide when a Local Agent reports that its Project is not connected or its folder is unavailable. The Project name can still exist even when the computer cannot use its folder.

Check the target first

  1. Open the Agent and identify the computer that runs it.
  2. Check the Project selected for this work or the Agent's Default Project.
  3. On that computer, open the Project's details and inspect its local connection.
  4. If the folder moved, connect the correct existing folder. If there are several connections, check the default.
  5. Wait for the connection check to succeed, then send the intended request again.

Use Connect a Project folder for the connection steps. A folder connected on your computer does not repair a different computer's connection.

Do not delete the repository or reset local state as a first step. Check whether earlier work made changes before retrying a request that writes files.
